The dress is made well but was way too big. The seller advertises free returns but sent a prepaid mailing label that does not have any US locations to ship from so it is worthless. If you "choose" to use another carrier, then the return shipping to China is at your expense. You cannot contact the seller. I will never buy from this company again. Edit: Amazon customer service did help- since the seller sent a Chinese label, Amazon reimbursed me directly.
